i) Chicken with bones 1.5 Kg

Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp

Coriander powder 1 TBS

Red chili powder 1 TBS

Cumin powder 1/2 TBS

White pepper powder 1/2 TBS

Ghee/Cooking oil 100-120 gm/ml

Salt 1 TBS or up to taste

Yogurt 1 cup

Fresh cream 100 gm
xiv)
Black pepper powder 1/2 TBS
xv)
Mixed spices 1TBS
xvi)
Julian style cut Ginger 3-4 TBS

Green chili sliced 3-4
xvii) Green fresh coriander and ginger for garnish
Cooking Directions in Clear Steps:Are
you ready to start cooking chicken ginger karahi? You must pick given steps properly
and carry out your coking process to cook this dish successfully and

1-Soak
chicken pieces in water for a while and put chicken into a cooking pan
2-Add
ginger-garlic paste and grinded onion in the chicken
3-Mix
them well and turn on flame to cook properly

the lid and leave it for 8-10 minutes

cooking it regularly without covering with lid
14-Cook
it 4 to 5 minutes and add sliced green chili and Julian styled ginger in the
recipe and mix it well
15-Dish out the chicken ginger karahi and garnish with green coriander and ginger to serve
Servings: Chicken ginger karahi is ready to serve with boiled rice, naan or roti and total servings are 6-8 persons.
