viii) Cumin powder 1/2 TBS

ix) White pepper powder 1/2 TBS

x) Ghee/Cooking oil 100-120 gm/ml

xi) Salt 1 TBS or up to taste

xii) Yogurt 1 cup

xiii) Fresh cream 100 gm

xiv) Black pepper powder 1/2 TBS

xv) Mixed spices 1TBS

xvi) Julian style cut Ginger 3-4 TBS

xvi) Green chili sliced 3-4

xvii) Green fresh coriander and ginger for garnish
