i) Chicken with bones 1 Kg

ii) Cooking oil/Ghee 1 Cup

iii) Large sized Onion paste 2

iv) Coriander powder 1 TBS

v) Cumin seed powder 1 TBS

vi) Dry Pomegranate Seeds (Anar Dana) grinded 1 TBS

vii) Ginger-garlic paste/chopped 2 TBS

viii) Red chili flakes 1 Tsp

ix) White pepper powder 1/2 Tsp

x) Salt 1/2 Tsp or as per taste

xi) Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp

xii) Whisk yogurt 250 to 300 grams

xiii) Fresh water 1 cup

xiv) Sliced green chili 5-6

xv) Black pepper powder 1/2 Tsp

xvi) Chopped coriander leaves 1 TBS

xvii) Julian cut ginger 1 TBS

1-Place a big cooking container or pan on medium flame and add 1 cup ghee or cooking oil

2-Let it warm completely and then add onion paste for frying

3-Keep frying onion for 4-5 minutes and then ginger-garlic paste and cook for 3 minutes
