xi) Turmeric powder 1/4

xii) Whisk yogurt 250 to
300 grams
xiii) Fresh water 1 cup
xiv) Sliced green chili

Now, this is time to
start cooking this amazing and famous Balochi
Chicken Karahi by following given steps and prominent directions as well.
1-Place a big cooking
container or pan on medium flame and add 1 cup ghee or cooking oil
2-Let it warm
completely and then add onion paste for frying
3-Keep frying onion for 4-5 minutes and then ginger-garlic paste and cook for 3 minutes
4-Now, add chicken and fry with this mixture for 5-6 minutes and then add 1 cup of fresh water and put a cover for 8-10 minutes5-Add salt, red chili
flakes, white pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, grinded anar
dana (grinded Dry Pomegranate Seeds) and turmeric powder and stir properly as
well as cook for 4-5 minutes
6-Add whisk yogurt and cook
until its water gets completely dry
7-Now, add green chili
and black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
8-Check tenderness of
chicken and add chopped coriander leaves and Julian cutting ginger and mix well
9-Turn off the flame and dish out this Balochi Chicken Karahi in a serving container
