v) Tomatoes 10-12
vi) Fresh water 100 mlvii) Red chili flakes 2

viii) Coriander powder 1.5
TBS
ix) Cumin seed powder 1
TBS
x) Green chili 3-4
xi) Yogurt (beaten) 4-5
TBS ONLY
xii) Whole spices 1/2
TBS
xiii) Black pepper
powder 1/2 TBS
xiv) Julian cutting
ginger 2 TBS (Garnishing)
xv) Coriander leaves 1

Directions
and Steps to Cook:
It is quite useful for
you to cook this recipe after having chicken fry before to add all ingredients and spices. Anyways; you will need to
follow and execute all given instructions and steps to prepare the most
delicious and tastiest chicken recipe
comfortably.
i-Place a cooking pan
on stove and keep flame medium
ii-Add ghee and salt
and let them heat up completely
iii-Now, add chicken in hot oil and start frying gently for 5-6 minutes and add ginger-garlic paste
iv-Add tomatoes and water in chicken and cover with lid for 8-10 minutesv-Remove the lid and
remove tomato skin and start mashing them well
vi-Add red chili
flakes, coriander powder and cumin seed powder and stir very well
vii-Cook this for 3-4
minutes and then add well-whisked yogurt and dry its water
viii-Add green chili
and cook for 2-3 minutes again
ix-Now, add whole mixed
spices and black pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes
x-Turn off the flame
and dish out this tasty and yummy Cholistani chicken karahi
xi-Garnish it with Julian cutting ginger and green coriander leaves to serve
