A Superb and Remarkable Chicken Shinwari Karahi with an Unbeatable and Rich Taste

i) Chicken 1 Kg

ii) Cooking oil 150 ml

iii) Salt 1 Tsp or as per taste

iv) Tomatoes sliced in two pieces 8-10 (600 grams)

v) Chopped Ginger-Garlic 2-3 TBS

vi) Crushed cumin seeds 1 TBS

vii) Crushed coriander 1 TBS

viii) Black pepper powder 1 Tsp

ix) All Mixed spices 1/2 Tsp

x) Red chili flakes 1/2 Tsp

xi) Green chili 4-5

xii) Julian cut ginger for garnishing

Cooking Steps & Directions:

Start cooking Chicken Shinwari Karahi at home by considering and executing following steps and directions as well.

1-Turn on the flame, put a cooking container/pan and add cooking oil to warm it

2-Add salt and then add chicken for frying well for 5-6 minutes

3-Now, add a little amount  of water and add tomatoes cut in 2 pieces and place a lid for 8-10 minutes

4-Remove the lid after 8-10 minutes and then remove skin  of tomatoes

5-Mash tomatoes and add ginger-garlic to cook for 3 minutes

6-Add all spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, mixed spices, black pepper powder and green chili slices

7-Cook this recipe for a couple  of minutes and then turn off the flame

8-Dish out this recipe in a serving pot and sprinkle Julian cutting ginger and bring to dining table
