ii-Green chili 5-6
iii-Tomatoes 4-5

v-Yogurt 1 cup

paste 3 TBS
vii-Cooking oil
100 ml
viii-Salt as per
taste
ix-Red chili 1/2
Tsp
x-Black pepper
1/2 Tsp
xi-Coriander
powder 1/2 Tsp
xii-Mixed spices
1/2 Tsp
xiii-Cardamom
powder (Elaichi) 1/4 Tsp
xiv-Fresh green coriander (Few leaves for garnish)
Cooking Procedure in Easy Steps:Now, you will
need to start cooking this amazing and tastiest chicken recipe with its authentic and
impressive taste. You must follow given steps and execute them with great care.
1-Put an ironic pot
on the stove and turn on flame
2-Add 100 ml oil
and up to taste salt in the pot
3-Let it warm
and put the chicken and stir well to turn it light brown
4-You must keep
frying the chicken on high flame continuously to gain desired color
5-Add
ginger-garlic paste and cook chicken for 3 minutes
6-Now, add two
piece sliced tomatoes and add half cup of water to mix tomatoes well
7-Add red chili,
coriander and cardamom powder
8-Mix the
chicken with spices well and cook gently
9-Add black
pepper and mixed spices powder and stir chicken very well for 3-4 minutes
10-Now, add 1
cup of yogurt and cook it on high flame to dry water of yogurt
11-Add Julian
sliced ginger and green chili in kadahi when yogurt water gets completely dried
12-Add fresh green coriander for garnishing and dish out to serve your guests
