i) Chicken with bones 1 Kg

ii) Cooking oil 200 ml

iii) Salt 1 TBS or as per taste

iv) Ginger-Garlic paste 4 TBS

v) Fresh water 1 cup

vi) Yogurt 200 gm

vii) Cumin powder 1/2 TBS

viii) White pepper powder 1/2 TBS

ix) Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup

x) Fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup

xi) Green chili (for green paste) 6-7

xii) Green chili sliced 4-5

xiii) Fresh milk cream 2-3 TBS

xiv) Black pepper powder 1/2 TBS

xv) Julian cutting green chili, ginger and 1 TBS fresh green coriander leaves for garnish

Directions for Cooking:

Are you ready to start cooking Chicken Green Karahi at home? You must follow and execute given directions and steps exactly to gain an authentic taste of this amazing and unique recipe.

1-Put a big karahi or cooking pan on fire and add cooking oil and let it warm

2-Now, add salt and chicken in hot cooking oil and start frying the chicken

3-Fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes gently and then remove extra oil in another cup  or pot

4-Add ginger-garlic paste and cook it for 3 minutes to change color

5-Add 1 cup  of water and cook for 6-7 minutes by keeping lid over the pan

6-Now, remove the cover, add cumin seed powder and yogurt to whisk it very well

7-Now, take fresh green coriander leaves, green chili and mint leaves for making paste

8-Dry water of chicken and then add green paste in the recipe and stir it gently for 3-4 minutes

9-Keep cooking the chicken on medium to high flame

10-Chicken karahi color will be totally green and now add fresh milk cream to increase the taste

11-Add white pepper powder and cook for 4-5 minutes; until chicken gets tender and well-cooked

12-Add black pepper powder and stir for 1-2 minute or simmer it for a couple of minutes

13-Turn off flame, dish out the Chicken Green Karahi and garnish with Julian cutting green chili, ginger and fresh coriander leaves for serving
