1) Put a big cooking pan
on flame and cooking oil and let it warm completely
2) Add salt and then
chicken for deep fry that will take 4-5 minutes for frying well
3) Remove extra oil and keep a little amount for recipe cooking
4) Add ginger-garlic paste and add fresh water for cooking this paste for 3-4 minutes5) Now, dry water up to
50% and then add cumin powder, coriander powder, coconut powder and white
pepper powder and mix very well
6) Cook this mixture
for 4-5 minutes and check chicken tenderness and add green chili
7) Add fresh tetra pack
cream (300 ml) at very low flame and cook for 5-6 minutes
8) Finally; add black pepper
and all mixed spices and stir gently
