i) Ghee/Cooking Oil 3 Cup

ii) Chicken with bones 1 Kg

iii) Salt 1/2 TBS (Up to taste)

iv) Ginger-Garlic paste 7-8 TBS

v) Green chili sliced in 2 piece 9-10

vi) Mixture of Red chili powder and flakes 2 TBS

vii) Chat Masala 1.5 TBS

viii) Lemon Juice 4 Lemons

ix) Julian cutting ginger 2 TBS

x) Fresh Green Coriander (Garnish)

Directions to Cook This Dish:

Now, it is time to start cooking Balochi Chicken Tikka Karahi’ that is famous for its amazing taste and smoky flavor. Let's start it;

1-Put a round ironic container on burning coals and add 3 cup of ghee or cooking oil and let it warm

2-Add chicken pieces and start frying it for 4-5 minutes regularly

3-Add salt in chicken and place a lid over the pan and let it cook for 8-10 minutes

4-Now, remove the lid and add ginger-garlic paste and cook it for 8-10 minutes

5-Add two-piece sliced green chili and fry 3-4 minutes gently

6-Now, remove ghee/oil completely and keep the karahi dry to add spices

7-Add mixture of red chili powder and flakes, chat masala and lemon juices and cover with a lid to shake it for 2-3 minutes

8-This process will mix all spices and lemon completely in the chicken.

9-Dish out this wonderful and dry karahi and add fresh green coriander on the karahi and bring for serving
