Directions to Cook It:
Now;
you will need to start cooking the best and most delicious mutton curry simply at home. You have to
go through and execute all following steps and directions to complete its
cooking.
1)
Take a cooking pot and put on the medium flame; add 1 cup cooking oil and heat
it up
2)
Add cinnamon, green cardamom, peppercorn, cloves and black cardamom and fry for
2 minutes
3)
Add mutton and start frying it properly and gently for 10 to 12 minutes on
medium-high flame
4)
Now; add ginger-garlic paste and cook it regularly for next 2 minutes and then
add salt, red Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red
chili powder, red chili flakes, whole spices and cumin seed powder. Mix all
spices well and stir nicely to cook for 5 minutes

Cover the mutton with a lid and let it cook on low to medium flame for 10 to 15
minutes and go ahead to prepare special curry.
Directions
to Make Curry Mixture:
Now;
you have to start making curry mixture and then add it to your main recipe for accomplishing
it properly.
I)
Take a deep and big pan, add 2 cup cooking oil and put chopped or Julian cut
onion to fry
II)
Now; you have to fry onion until it turns to light brown or golden
III)
Remove the onion and put in a blending jug and add tomatoes, green chili,
coriander leaves, mint leaves, cashews, almonds and add a little water to blend
and make the paste.
IV)
Now; add this curry mixture to the goat curry on stove and mix very well until the mixture colors
gets uniform completely and then cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
V)
Add hot or fresh water 1.5 glass and mix the recipe and put the lid for cooking
up to 40-45 minutes on medium flame.
VI) Remove the cover and sprinkle fresh green coriander leaves to make it a good-looking recipe. Your goat curry recipe is ready to serve with your favorite items.
