ii) Ghee/Cooking Oil 3 Cup or 150 ml

iii) Ginger-Garlic paste 4 TBSP

iv) Green Cardamom 4-5

v) Black Cardamom 2

vii) Peppercorn 10-12

ix) Salt up to taste or 1 TBSP

x) Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp (just for color)

xi) Coriander powder 2 TBSP

xii) Turmeric powder 1 Tsp

xiii) Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp

xiv) Red Chili Flakes 1 TBSP

xv) Cumin powder 1 TBSP

xvi) Whole Spices 1 Tsp

xvii) Cashew nuts 2 TBSP

xviii) Almonds 1 TBSP

xix) Fried onion 2 large sized

xx) Green chili 4-5

xxi) Tomatoes 4

xxii) Coriander leaves 2 TBSP

xxiii) Fresh mint 1 TBSP

xiv) Fresh Water 1.5 glass

xxv) Fresh green coriander leaves, Julian cut green chili and ginger to garnish etc.

Important Directions to Cook It:

1) Take a cooking pot and put on the medium flame; add 1 cup cooking oil and heat it up

2) Add cinnamon, green cardamom, peppercorn, cloves and black cardamom and fry for 2 minutes

3) Add mutton and start frying it properly and gently for 10 to 12 minutes on medium-high flame

I) Take a deep and big pan, add 2 cup cooking oil and put chopped or Julian cut onion to fry

II) Now; you have to fry onion until it turns to light brown or golden

III) Remove the onion and put in a blending jug and add tomatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cashews, almonds and add a little water to blend and make the paste.

IV) Now; add this curry mixture to the goat curry on stove and mix very well until the mixture colors gets uniform completely and then cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

V) Add hot or fresh water 1.5 glass and mix the recipe and put the lid for cooking up to 40-45 minutes on medium flame.
