The Simplest and Quickest Way to Cook a Mouthwatering Chicken Achari Handi

Ingredients Required:

You will need to have following integral and key ingredients to cook "Chicken Achari Handi" in a wonderful and completely unique taste.

1-Boneless Chicken 1.5 kg

2-Cooking Oil 125 ml

3-Ginger Garlic Paste 2 TBs

4-Tomatoes 4-5 sliced in 2 pieces

5-Green Chili 4-5 sliced in pieces

6-Achar Gosht Spice 2 TBs

7-Turmeric Powder 1/2 tea spoon

8-White Pepper Powder 1/2 TBs

9-Red Chili Powder 1/2 TBs

10-Salt 1/2 TBs or up to Taste

11-Red Chili Flakes 1/2 TBs

12-Yogurt 100 grams

13-Fresh Cream 200 grams

14-Cumin Powder 1/2 TBs

15-Mixed Spices (Garm Masala) 1/2 TBs

Cooking Directions:

Put a clay pot on stove and insert 125 ml cooking oil and let it warm. Put washed and dried boneless chicken in the oil and cook it well for 4 to 5 minutes. Now, add ginger garlic paste up to 2 table spoon and stir it well to reduce bitter fragrance. Further, put sliced tomatoes and cover with lid for 8-10 minutes.

Now, remove the skin of tomatoes and mash them well. Add 2 TBs of achar gosht spice in the mixture and stir it well. Add turmeric powder, white pepper, red chili powder and salt. Now, cook it well for 4-5 minutes. Reduce flame and add red chili flakes, green chili slices and yogurt and stir properly and gently. Dry extra water of yogurt at high flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add fresh cream and stir it well and finally add cumin powder and mixed spices. Now, cook it on medium flame for 3 minutes and off the flame. Dish out Chicken Achari Handi in a small clay pot, garnish with Julian cut green chili and ginger.
